On the menu: - Welcome drink
- Starter: Perfect egg, cream of mushroom & pan-fried mushroom, herb oil
- Main course: Low-temperature beef fillet Butternut purée, grenailles potatoes, thyme sauce, herb crumble
- Vegetarian option: Butternut platter (roasted butternut, butternut purée, butternut confit, butternut chips, herb crumble and herb oil)
- Dessert: Entremet and chocolate crumble
